Original Sesame – Whole sesame seeds and flecks of our locally harvested kelp are ever-so-slightly sweetened with brown rice syrup and Maine-made maple syrup to create a bar that’s slightly sweet, a little salty and a whole lot of sesame. There’s no added salt in this bar – the kelp provides a full complement of sea-salty minerals in their unadulterated state. Original Krunch is a delicious, crunchy and slightly chewy treat.

Sesame Ginger - A spirited version of our Original Krunch, it was created for those who love the flavor of ginger in a mildly sweet and slightly chewy treat. Just a hint of cayenne pepper brings out the pungency of ginger, with a bit of vanilla to balance and cool. And the interspersed kelp flakes provide a salty accent that enhances all the flavors.

Not only are Kelp Krunch™ bars delicious, they also deliver some great nutrition. The sesame seeds and kelp provide an excellent vegetarian source of calcium – 180 mg per bar (that’s 20% of the Daily Value!) and a substantial amount of iron – 3 mg (also 20% of the Daily Value), as well as a wide array of minerals and trace elements.
