Oil produced from dry distillation of the wild pine needles which is used for respiratory treatments and urinary tract infections. Also helpful for muscular pain.

Essential oil of Pine is a strong pulmonary antiseptic which makes it helpful in treating bronchitis and coughs, best as steam inhalation. Also by cold, sore throat, sinusitis and catarrh. Can be mixed with eucalyptus or tea tree or used by itself.

Used in a bath to relieve muscular tension, rheumatic pain, stimulate the blood circulation and refresh it has to be always well diluted in a carrier oil as it can irritate the skin.

Kidney stress: This oil can cause some kidney stress due to prolonged use.
