Dosage:

1 capsule, 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For best results, take with a meal. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contraindications:

• These strains have been selected for their antibiotic compatibility, which means that they do not interfere with effectiveness of antibiotics, yet protect from their damage.
• If on antibiotics, use probiotics 2 hours away from antibiotic use.
• Continue to use probiotics long after the antibiotic course is finished.
• However, regular use of the Women's Multi Probiotic formula can prevent many infections before they start, reducing the need for antibiotics.

Additional Information:

Children: Suitable for children at one/half the adult dose.
